PTA Newsletter – April 14, 2020

Vol. 30 |  We Are Glebe…no matter what! Edition   |  Apr. 14, 2020

We ask for your patience as the PTA works out options for any planned events through the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.  Information will be coming soon! We Are Glebe and we will get through this together!

Glebe Food Pantry Updates

The Food Pantry at Resurrection Church that has been serving Glebe families for the past weeks had to close due to increased concerns of social distancing. Church volunteers and Glebe Community members are finalizing a plan to help Glebe families in need of food assistance in the weeks to come.  We will communicate the new plan as soon as we have details.  A huge THANK YOU to all the families that helped and donated in the past weeks. Reimbursement Requests Due April 30

The at-school part of our 2019-2020 has come to an early end, and the Glebe PTA is working to finalize budget details for the year.  If you have an expense that needs to be reimbursed by the PTA, please send it in by Thursday, April 30.  You can access the reimbursement form HERE.  Questions?  Email PTA Treasurer, Jessica Burke.

The Yearbook Committee continues to work on the yearbook.  We thought it would be nice to include images of what the kids (and parents/caregivers) are getting up to while distance learning – so this is our call to you to share photos of activities your kids are doing, how you are tackling homeschooling, how the kids are communicating with one another, their creative pursuits – anything they’ve been enjoying while learning from home!

Please upload photos to the Google Drive Folder by clicking HERE.

Photos are due by Wednesday, April 15th.

Don’t forget to order the Yearbook as well!!! Deadline was pushed to APRIL 26TH!
